Client is on Advanced 2023.1 64 bit. (Originally 32 bit, so it's not that) They pay monthly. 3/4 of the time they have an issue with the license updating. If you login directly on the server, it updates fine - you don't even have to manually do it. This time the option to NOT see that warning got flipped so we got all the way to day 45 and everyone got locked out.
I've had Sage on their system, nothing helpful. Seems like if it works directly on the server the firewalls, etc, aren't an issue, but maybe it's the workstation firewalls? Desperate for something else to look at.
