@KarenOLane; I have been thinking about your comment above, that the demo you saw ""only allows one technician on a job at a time""; and I do not believe that is accurate or correct information.
I reached out to Joe Bisaha, to confirm. The Technician Dashboard for Scanco (JobOps) FSD (Field Service and Dispatch) is designed so that the job is scheduled to a user, and that user can post transactions to the Service Ticket. (I expect this product to be released shortly, I hear it is in Beta Testing).
If two guys are in the field on the same service call, user A logs in and tracks, then logs out. User B logs in and tracks, then logs off. Meaning multiple users can be on the same service ticket at the same time, and multiple users can use the same field device; logging in as themselves.
