  • 1.  Lease Accounting Module for Sage100

    Customer in Sage 100 is looking for an enhancement that can handle Lease Accounting...seamlessly integrated to Sage100.  I have looked and the one I found from RKL is mainly for Intacct.  Any other suggestions????

    Are you looking for Property leasing or Equipment leasing?
    Below are some options to look at - I am not endorsing any of these. 

    I do have a client using the Scanco PM2000 property management solution but I can't even endorse that because my client basically just uses it to create invoices. They don't do any cost tracking or profit analysis. 

     

    For property leasing you might look at Scanco's Property Management

    if it is equipment rental IIG has one

    and three is one by ARM (Automated Rental Management)

    Doubt if either will work for them, but search DSD by "contract" and there are two available.
