I am convinced there are personality conflicts in play in Atlanta . . .

Personality conflicts become overwhelming when subordinates are expected to execute on impossible plans.

I suspect a couple things at play: - The Sage 100c pricing/migration was FUBAR - The internal Sage sales teams seem stretched too thin - The rollout of Sage 100 2017 was almost non-existent - Everyone at Sage is hiding under their desk hoping to avoid shrapnel - Those not hiding under their desk were let go in relation to the move from CA to GA

My impression of Laura is she is very organized and expects to be able to perform her responsibilities in a logical and organized way. If she had been allowed to do this, she would still be there. Then there's Connie - not so much, if at all - and the source, I'm sure, of the impossible plans. Obviously the people above her either don't see the problem or don't want to deal with it.

Status update: I am still waiting for anywhere between $10K - $20K in tier postings from 9/30, and there is no hint that anything is being done. My RSM has directed me to an address: tierinformation@sage.com to see if whoever is on the other end can reach a resolution.

If MOTM (which is, of course, the highest priority) didn't conflict, I would invite myself to the CEO Circle, citing the lack of solid tier numbers, so how do we really know who has the most?

Most people don't HAVE to work for FUBAR companies. They leave and are replaced by people who think THEY can make a difference. They then leave in a year or so. Unfortunately, as a reseller/consultant, I have to suffer through it all until my clients have moved on or I decide that Walmart isn't that bad of a place to work .......
