I dealt with the same thing with just one user on 6.20.3 Advanced. They only have 2 users and the one that connects remotely didn't have any issues. I tried a whole list of things over several weeks. Each time we would think it was resolved and then all of a sudden it would happen again. She would be in the middle of data entry and suddenly the entry window would close as she was typing. Or the entry window would stay open but the main Sage window would close and lock everything up. Knock on wood, I haven't gotten a call since 9/7. That day we:
1. Added "*\Documents\Sage 100" to anti-virus exception list
2. Disabled Windows Defender on her PC
3. Added "C:\Sage\Sage 100 Workstation\MAS90\Home\pvxwin32.exe" to Windows Firewall exception list
