Had one client call just this week, also on 4.3, that said the authorization just ""disappeared"" when the order got to invoicing. Authorization was out on SPS site, but nothing in MAS.
They thought it might be just an employee issue (new) somehow and couldn't provide too much detail. Wasn't happening for everyone that was processing. We weren't going to chase it again until they could duplicate the problem and I could see all the details.
