    Latest SPS issue. We have a client that is experiencing double posting of Invoices in SPS. They are on MAS90 V4.30. It usually happens once a day. They are currently setup to only pre/post auth transaction but the system is charging the invoice as a sale in addition to the post-auth. This happens with all credit card types. Anyone seen this?

    Had one client call just this week, also on 4.3, that said the authorization just ""disappeared"" when the order got to invoicing. Authorization was out on SPS site, but nothing in MAS. They thought it might be just an employee issue (new) somehow and couldn't provide too much detail. Wasn't happening for everyone that was processing. We weren't going to chase it again until they could duplicate the problem and I could see all the details.

    Yes, this (post-auth and sale) has been going on for 9 months at a client. Have contacted SPS numerous times without any resolution. It rarely happens and is difficult to trace. No service update has been installed on this 4.30 client and started after some update SPS did. I'm hoping upgrading to 4.50 will resolve the issue, but the grass doesn't seem to be any greener over that spetic tank (Erma Bombeck).

    I had it a while back where it was charging the cards twice occasionally. It turned out the customer was putting a deposit amount of the total invoice amount on the totals tab and clicking pay balance by credit card.
