    I can think of one time that having the LastFormUsed be based on the workstation rather than on the user, and that's where you have a temp come in and run things on the machine of he person they are temporarily replacing.

    Personally, I think the number of times someone gets a new workstation and prints 200 checks using the STANDARD form instead of the CUSTOM form code far outweighs the number of times a temp comes in, but perhaps it's just my client base.

    I hear you!!!  It happens more often to me during an version upgrade users are in their "stuck in a rut" mode and don't pay attention to the finer points of the panel.....  Then they don't notice until AFTER they update the register...

    ​If speaking specifically about Check forms, I generally try to put the form code in the Bank Code so it's a non thinking moment for the end user.  But it would be nice to be able to do that for the DD Stubs too.
