My customer imports all of their inventory from China.  They have a lot of freight and duty that needs to be allocated across multiple purchase orders per container.  Is there another option other than IIG's landed cost?  The off-the-shelf Sage 100 landed cost seems too basic.. can;t allocated based on HTN code etc.

I did this many years ago for a client where a container was entered as one ROG batch. We created a Crystal Report that prompted for multiple landed costs for the container. The report would allocate the landed costs by PO. The allocated amount would then be manually entered on each PO before posting. For the Tariff codes, I suppose you could create a UDT with the codes and rates and then link it to the report for calculation and allocation. You may need to enter each line on a separate receipt in order to allocate the tariff by item

You can script the receipt's line weights, to apply tariffs to only the lines you want.
