Labels. Have a Zebra printer. Upgrade from 2013 to 2016. Keeps spitting out an extra label and didn't in 2013. Any thoughts appreciated - feel like I've tried everything (orientation, paper size, label size, saving printer within Crystal and not, disassociate checked and not checked, printing from preview, etc). On the good side - client says speed of AP check printing is a HUGE improvement over 2013. If it wasn't for these damn labels, this 2016 would so far be a very good upgrade, indeed. (She also appreciates the GL journal being listed in IM Trans tab, etc)

If it is, I will have a bruise from banging my forehead on my desk.... But it is SO worth a try! Thanks, @WayneSchulz

@BethBowers, do you recall if you were able to resolve this issue? I have a client on v2018 printing S/O Shipping Labels to a Zebra LP 2844. Once we first got the label printing working it was printing 1 good label, then 3 blanks. Then it started doing 1 good label and 2 blanks. Now it's doing 1 good label and 1 blank. Wacky. _Label printing is the worst._

One of my labels finally started working after IT reset the printer to it's factory default settings.

Just worked on a label using crystal reports through the inventory label printing and using some conditional suppressing of the details, i would end up with a solid blank page at the end, even when previewing. I found that when i first created the form code and was prompted for the layout, i selected 1 across and it seems any crystal report designed using a label template layout will have the details section's ""Format with multiple columns"" checked and locked so you can't uncheck it. I ended up creating a brand new report from scratch and with everything identical with the exception of the format with multiple columns, i no longer get the blank page at the end.
