    KS - canned alert AR over invoices, emailed all the salesreps (by their customer association) and me, but the only subscriber for the event was me for testing! I'm glad that I got KS running, but now I'm concerned that any alert I setup will bombard users with emails. Also, the email message has the ""begin repeat"" and ""end repeat"" so I don't understand why each invoice was a separate email, I thought that meant to group all the invoices in one email Obviously I'm a novice at this. Help!

    Sounds like you need to look at the Advanced tab of Subscribers. The issues you are having will be addressed there.

    The SlsrepEmailAddress is a dynamic subscriber. Every time the invoice no would change, it may have to generate a new email if the salesperson changes. Removing that will make it so that only you will get an email (and one at that).

    Also, look at the query. It does not have a defined sort, so there is no guarantee on the order in which the invoices will show up in the email.

    Thank you, thank you! I'll make those changes and test it again. I did get a rep to send me an email sent to her and it grouped that email at least by customer number, so the begin/end repeats are working.
