Knowlegesync and Crystal Reports: I have a scheduled report which is working fine, except that the 2 date fields in the Crystal Report don't generate to the PDF output - not even the date column headers. I don't get it? Anyone know what's up with this?

    Conditionally suppressed?

no suppressions; report prints all fields just fine when printing from Crystal Reports.

I have seen some funky pdf outputs lately with different installs of pdf (not with KS, but Sage). Is it possible to install a different pdf version?

Does the invoice type field and header overlay them?

Fields overlapping on the design screen? The headers seem to be shifted over so the fields themselves may be covering each other up.

Long shot, but you could also check to see if those fields are using a funky font PDF doesn't like.

I'd play around with the size of the fields. I've seen Crystal display a blank if the field doesn't fit in the size allocated.

All - the Crystal Report prints all columns perfectly when generating from within Crystal - it's KS that will not generate the date fields. Even when the export is to Excel from KS it is the same problem - missing Invoice Date and Invoice Due Date fields.

Are the dates formatted oddly?? Just a guess but it may be something to do with the format, e.g. MMDDYYYY vs. M/D/Y? What version is this?

You need to be sure your crystal report source is the same DNS that the alert is linked too. The PVX link will work then you will have to map the fields after changing the source but your dates should then appear in the report in your alert.
