Is there any specific documentation on setting up Knowledgesync on a workstation? I have only accessed it via the server and have a customer asking how to access via a workstation. Before I pass them off to KS support I figured I'd ask if I'm overlooking some "how-to" that may be available.
The customer said they followed the manual but were unable to get it installed to a workstation.
