Is there any specific documentation on setting up Knowledgesync on a workstation? I have only accessed it via the server and have a customer asking how to access via a workstation. Before I pass them off to KS support I figured I'd ask if I'm overlooking some "how-to" that may be available.

The customer said they followed the manual but were unable to get it installed to a workstation.

I don't know if there is a "workstation" component... I've only ever administered KS on the server. 
I did an upgrade / server move with KS a couple months ago and was pleasantly surprised at how well the documentation gave me step-by-step instructions on migrating settings, so if it isn't in the documentation, I'd doubt it is possible.
