  • 1.  Knowledgesync V10

    We have a client who's been on V9 for years and has hundreds of alerts.  V10 is a big upgrade and moves to SQL.  Our client is nervous about upgrading.

    Have others had significant issues with this big version upgrade?

    Mark,

    We have done a couple of these ourselves.  They have in general been pretty painless.  There was an issue with duplication of reports for reports going internally if they had email 1 and 2 filled in.  We also made sure when we did it on anything that was going out to customers that we update the date limiter to the current date forward as the first time we did one it seemed to have list it's "memory" of what it had already sent out on a job and resent some emails.   Also we had an issue with it's log files growing really big, support had us turn off logging, that may be fixed by now though.
