    What version of KnowledgeSync (Sage Alerts & Workflow) is the minimum having TLS capabilities to keep working with Microsoft email?

    You mean oauth, right? Later TLS versions isn't an issue in version 9 and 10 in my experience. 

    I created a ticket 'How to configure email accounts to use OAUTH?'

    Reply is: 
    Our next release, 10.05, will have the functionality to connect to Outlook 365 via OAuth2 and continue using your Microsoft email account.

    The release is currently scheduled to come out September 2nd, barring any issues in testing, etc.

    Now that we are told SMTP oAuth is not an issue for Sage (at least my understanding), do we have an issue with Knowledgesync?
