Knowledge Sync Short Cut - I am thinking I saw this somewhere but then again, I am seeing a lot of things................
Is it possible to put a shortcut (or load client software) on a users workstation so that they could run some alerts on demand? We really don't want them accessing the software from the server but would like to give them the ability to start the alert when they desired.
