  • 1.  Kissinger e-commerce... impressions?

    Can anyone let me know what your experiences working with Kissinger e-commerce integrated with Sage 100 have been like?  General impressions, opinions on the software, user support, upgrade support, responsiveness, surprises (good or bad)... any insights you can share would be appreciated.

    No tier credit from Sage if that is important to your firm.  A client was interested last summer.  We had a couple of sessions with Kissinger.  Looked promising, but the client did not appreciate the value (cost) of the solution.  They found a non-Sage solution that was more in their budget on their own.

    I have a couple of clients using it and I let Kissinger do their thing and they've been very responsive and helpful.  Haven't really needed much support. Did have a client recently who was trying to move to Azure repeatedly (kept running into issues) and Calvin offered to do the Sage testing they wanted me to do over the weekend when I was tied up with another upgrade.

    I spent a lot of time chatting with the Kissinger folks at the last MOTM and they seem to have several good offerings. Unfortunately I don't have any direct client experience though I always tell clients that if an ISV is with the 90 Minds group that it becomes very difficult for them to hide from issues. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kissinger largely because I feel like I could easily reach out to them with any issues an get a response.

    We had a customer that used Kissinger's WebStor product with a (ridiculously) custom website and it was bulletproof for us; can't recommend them enough.

    This type of feedback would be great to compile for each of our affiliates. Some would have more feedback than others. What a great value add for their membership to have a testimonial they could use. No names associated with the feedback so that could lessen the need to check with the home office on whether it's ok to be quoted.
