Kind of interesting update on the Socialcast super-duper Reach API. Jim asked the sales guy for more information and he essentially replied back ""You've got everything you need right there in what I sent you. It's super duper easy and great to use."" He sent Jim a marketing slick and a video where they wrangled some schmuck of a customer to talk about how awesome it is to have a browser window linked to Socialcast inside their portal. Welllllll gaaaaaaawwwwwwwddddddd dayam. That's shore is some great tech-nahl-oh-gee. I'm this tempted >>>> <<<< to write my own Socialcast this weekend so we can port over on Monday.

Are you able to see the section where they have their Reach API? I see there is now a new menu section to access Reach and looks like it's some type of wizard configuration.

Well I see it now. :) I'll fool about with it but wouldn't some basic instructions be nice? And some examples? I watched the video and really it seems like it only allows embedding of Socialcast in different systems. Embedding isn't linking though. Embedding is disconnected and provides no way to connect the SC conversation threads with a customer (as example) inside the other application or within SC. Not sure if I'm making my point or not. Regardless, I'll play around with it and see what I can get to happen.

As I was looking briefly at it -- that was my thought. That they provided a way to embed a stream --- but do no real linking.
