Kick ass tip of the day -- how to move Sage 100 to a new server -- versions 3.x to 2013. Looks as if Sage have updated their instructions. This handy guide has individual directions based on the version of Sage 100 being used. Sure to be a crowd pleaser for IT staff nationwide.... and when they can't follow directions you can swoop in and provide some help.
Of course there are a couple big glaring holes in these instructions (oops - what if you're using Paperless Office? ) -- but overall these are a pretty good FAQ to send to a customer's IT staff who is in the midst of moving.
