  • 1.  Keyboard Shortcuts in Payroll Data Entry - SAGE 100 STD v2017

    I have a client that is running SAGE 100 v2017.  They recently upgraded from STD to ADV and moved to a configuration where all users access SAGE 100 v2017 on a Windows Remote server as a "Remote App?".  The Payroll data entry person is having an issue - she used to be able to scroll (advance) thru her auto pay Payroll Data Entries by using the Alt + X keyboard command inside SAGE 100. Since they moved to the remote server, every so often the Alt + X keyboard command (I think she is actually executing Alt + Spacebar) causes the remote windows sever to execute a windows "Maximize Windows" shortcut.(See attached image). Is there a way to disable the windows shortcut = Alt + Spacebar to prevent the Maximize Windows command?  Wil disabling Alt + Spacebar be for just this user or all SAGE users using the Remote server?

    Nevermind - I just notice that if you hit the "X" key the window goes away and the Payroll Data Entry advances to the next record. I will ask the client to try that while on the Remote server to see if the behavior is the same. .
