    KB is putting me in a loop re downloads saying I'm not logged in. Anyone else? Praying maybe it's just cookies...

    I just tried a few different downloads and could successfully get them.

    I tried last week and it did the same thing to me. Hate the portal!!!

    Working for me now, too. THANKS, Sage, now that it's after 5 and everyone I'm trying to work with has gone home.

    One recommendation I've received from Sage was to go to when downloading files is to always go directly to support.na.sage.com and access the Sage 100 page there.
