Just want to make sure I'm not overlooking something. Customer request -- Is there a way to schedule groups of reports to run unattended. Note: 1. I am aware of the task scheduler - this seems to only be useful for updates 2. I am aware of third party tools like Visual Cut - the customer (at least at first) is asking about native Sage functionality.

I would add KnowledgeSync to this as well. I don't know if anything inside Sage 100 directly.

+1 @ShawnSlavin. I have this implemented at a customer of our's who now has about 100 reports running automatically, some daily, some weekly and some monthly. Great tool!

    Scripting and Windows Scheduler.

The only thing to be aware of with KnowledgeSync is that it can run custom reports, but not programs from Reports menus as these have program generated data. I use KnowledgeSync or scripting/Task Scheduler mostly. I have also used BOI/Task Scheduler to do Sales Order Printing (only way I know to automate the program generated data reports).

I have been using a third party program called Navarre from PCS Programming for general report scheduling. Very satisfied with it.
