Just upgraded Sage 100 advanced from 4.50 to 2014.06. UDF flow looks incorrect - the SO_journalupd option is not there when adding UDFs to arinvoice history (header or detail). How do we get this back?

Make sure they have the SO module activated in the current company.when accessing Custom Office

Phil, any chance you are logged in to a company that does not have sales order activated? even though UDF's are global I think Custom office looks at the current company you are logged into.

Was someone in Sales Order when you were accessing that? It will sometimes flash an error about not being able to access certain BO if someone is using them at the time, but if you access again when everyone is out it will be there.
