Just upgraded client to 2013, PU4 & CRM 7.2b. When I click the Load CRM Data from within MAS, CRM Server Options, it gets all the way to the end & then gives ""Integration Engine error: Error occurred in CU_Common.pvc line 760. Error #65: Window element does not exist or already exists"". Sync works on the Customer/Company level but not the Orders/Quotes. Thinking it was the screen customization, I removed all customizations & it still gives error. @Sage100UrgentSupportNeeded

I haven't really looked at the 2013 integrated system much but have you looked in the CRM Activity Log to see if there are any SQL errors? You might also look in the CU_OrderQuoteDetail table to see if there are ""N"" records. If there are you will need to back everything up and Rebuild CRM (after fixing the problems the Activity Log hopefully points you to).
