Just upgraded a customer from 2013 to 2016 PU2. They have modifications to IM Maintenance which I had to move fields around in order to see the Accept button, etc. at the bottom. All is well and good except they can no longer maximize the screen - buttons are missing at top. Ideas?

Run the Rebuild / Update utilities in Custom Office?

Hmm, you mean again @KevinMoyes ? We did that after the initial migration.

It doesn't hurt to try. There may be something out of bounds in one of the customizations, but troubleshooting that is often an exercise in pixel hunting (and more commonly results in a screen crash). I have seen the missing minimize buttons before, but can't remember if we had to delete and re-create the custom panel...

Any help if you re-set that screen? There's also an ""auto-size"" option in panel header section of customizer.

Tried both @LeeGraham and yes @KevinMoyes there were UDF's out of bounds. I moved them then chose the Auto-size option on the panel header which worked but now there is no max/min buttons on the toolbar. I may try the update utilities again to see what that does. I really don't want to recreate things here! Does anyone know what the ""Reset All Settings for the Current Panel to Sage 100 ERP Defaults"" does? Is it referring to ONLY the Panel Header??

Are the Windows display settings set to magnify fonts?

This isn't 100c if that's what you're referring to. If not, it is happening on all machines so it isn't workstation-specific and it's only IM Maintenance and Inquiry so it has to be something to do with customizations. But what are you thinking???

With the Windows display scaling (125%, 150%) the drawing of some panels gets completely messed up.

@KevinMoyes wins the prize - rebuild utility did the trick!
