    Just upgraded a client from 4.05 to 2016.1 with ACS Property Management. When I try to print the System Configuration Listing, I get this message: ""Unable to print SY_SystemConfigListing.RPT. The RPC server is unavailable"". I didn't find anything in Sage KB. Can anyone translate?

    Just tried from server and got ""Database Connector Error: Database Vendor Code: 9 . . ."" There is a KB article on it - Sage Engineering investigating. If customer doesn't use Payroll, the PR Expiration Date will fail when printing the System Config Listing. KB ID 73366.

    You should just need to delete the Expiration Date field on the SysConfig .rpt. https://90minds-com.socialcast.com/messages/28983195
