Sage 100

Just updated Sage 100 2015 with latest PU, IRD and updated Aatrix from the web site. Form list still shows 2014 as latest W2 form. Was there no change for 2015 and that is correct to use, or did something not update?

2015 should show in the list. Is the Reporting Year 2015?

Reporting year is 2015. Seeing only the 2014 on two customer systems and our own. How did you get the 2015 to show up?

Select a form, click next and an update screen should appear. Click automatic update.

It sounds like Aatrix still isn't fully up to date. Try selecting the 2014 W-2 and start the process. If it doesn't prompt for Automatic update, keep going and there's an ""Update Forms"" item under the one of the File/Edit/Tools/etc menus.

Similar issue with my client but completely different....... Just off the phone - client eFiled Federal/State, printed federal/state/employer copies. Proceeded past the fail safe point and finished updating before realizing they didn't print the EMPLOYEE COPY. Didn't appear to be a way to reprint just the employee so I just renamed the eFilingReporting folder under PRxxx and started the process over again. Does anyone know of an easier way to reprint employee w2's?

there is a history option once they've been committed/finished.

When clicking on the history option, reprinting employee w-2's is not an option.

Phil there was a change, you should see 2015 forms. What I noticed if you had loaded Aatrix prior to updates then you do the update and go into Aatrix it will ask you if you want to use your Work in Process, if yes you will get the old forms, answer no and reload the data.
