Just thought I'd share - if a customer is currently using SIA and has bills or WO they are passing through, they will have to continue to pay the full SIA subscription amount if they move to 100C (which now has SIA Basic included) or they will lose their Bills and WO information. There is no pro-ration. Also, apparently they will use up a support call on Basic and do not with the full SIA.
