Wow, looking back at my posting and my spelling errors - apparently I was pretty shook up. I did go through the rest of the SO postings and it appears they've only had it happen once - SO FAR. So now I'm thinking about the pitiful little bit of beta testing they had us do on 4.50 - why yes, that has come back to bite them in the butt.

I am always amazed at how things can get screwed up when on the surface there were very few changes. I have to question their QC procedures...........

On the subject of [lack of] QC procedures, just found a JobOps 4.40 bug that even after 4 maintenance releases they did not catch: the ""Remove zero Quantity Tiers"" menu item was not even clicked in testing because it gives an immediate fatal error. And this was found after it was suggested by Sage support as the next step in trying to cure their inventory costing mess in 4.4. Their is a Sage engineer basically living in the support room working with all the calls about it and coming up with (so far partial) fixes for it case by case.

Maybe there is a Santa and he'll come through for you... ;) Cuz I wouldn't hold my breath for a quick fix from Sage...

My wife pointed out to me at the end of The Muppet Movie, that the chickens sang a song to the tune of Cee Lo's original song , with the word cluck being subsituted for the other word. Unfortunately, I didn't have a clue what she was talking about. I relate more with the two grumpy old men............... And to think this made it past the Disney censors!!!!!
