    Beth - I want to make sure you saw my post from last night RE: the problems running JC6010T utilities caused for one of my users.  Make sure you have a good backup and I recommend running in a test company first, watching WIP if your user uses WIP.

    Not sure if this falls into the definition of SaaS :) but I've been having issues for the last 2 months with registering for Partner calls and ISV events. I get the invitations, register for the event but I never get a confirmation back or a link to join the event. Nobody at Sage seems to be able to help. I've missed the last 2 partner calls and several ISV events due to this issue. Am I the only one this is happening to?

    I haven't had that, but I notice that when the registration screen pre-populates for me, it had one of my customers' company names for a long time, so I'd keep an eye on what it fills in for you, Kenny!

    @Rhonda McNamara - Mine does that too!  I have no idea why but it always pre-populates with the name and company info from a long time client, I have to clear the form and put my info in.​

    yes, my registration screens are pre-filled as well but it's all accurate. I even tried erasing and retyping. The only thing that works is when I use a different email address. I change the email to my personal email address and I get the confirmation right away. They seem to have blocked my regular company email address, the one I've been using with Sage for the last 25 years. Go figure
