There are good, knowledgeable people in middle management, at least the ones I deal with, but upper management at Sage is making decisions in a vacuum with little or no direct knowledge about our challenges when dealing with customers and Sage. The c products and Payroll have been a fiasco to say the least, and the migration ""promotions"" and other actions (or in most cases inactions) have been a failure. We would be better off if we just gave management a giant dart board for dealing with policies and procedures. One would think the BPAC would have some influence, but it has not, and Sage is just going through the motions to make it appear they are listening to us. In those meetings they tell us what they are doing and do very little listening. And I have always thought I was one of the positive partners . . .
