Just received an email from a client as follows: ""I had a box pop up this morning saying Sage Exchange had loaded a new file and now MAS is running pretty slow and even locking up periodically."" Anyone else experiencing this or aware of the Sage Exchange update? Answer 13 seconds ago from web

This happened to my installation of v2013 about an hour ago and at a clients while I was on a session about 30 minutes ago. I haven't noticed anything yet.

I've seen the Sage Exchange update on a couple of systems also w/o any other issues. I'm now thinking that there is some other issue at this client. Just wanted to put this out there to see if anyone had experienced anything. Thanks.

Got a similar call this morning. Threw people out of IE, said it was going to reboot, then sat there spinning. Had users restart Sage Exchange and it seems to be OK.

The message says that it is going to ""restart"". In this case restart means restart the application and not the server, but the wording is somewhat confusing initially.

Exactly. I thought it was going to restart the server or my laptop so I took the X option only to have it come back minutes later.

When I go to try to manually update my internal 2013 it won't download the standard update. It just immediately comes back with a message that ""Download process is complete"" and that it downloaded to the path i'd specified. Problem is that it doesn't download anything.

I change the download path to a new location. It appears to begin the download but no file appears and I get a spinning blue ball. I have the same situation on a customer site as well where the Sage Advisor download appears to hang. I end tasked the customers Sage Advisor. Nothing had downloaded. Could the Advisor be having trouble ""phoning home"" for the update and going into some type perpetual loop?

Related to the KB being down?

And it looks so simple when demonstrated at Summit.... They must be using the ABC company!

I don't know. My laptop just went through this installation without issue (10 second install).
