Just received an automated message from LegalZoom that they've submitted the paperwork to the Secretary of State for filing (Connecticut).
The bank said I need the ID # and a copy of the filing. They can somehow look it up online so I'll try to find that CT link. We may be able to download a copy of the filing from there.
