Just ran into a new-to-me Aatrix issue: When using the Aatrix Wizard, the Local Tax data (wages and withholdings) for several seemingly random employees (out of 150 for that company) are blank or different from the values in MAS. The data in PR3 is correct, as is the Federal and State data that comes over in Aatrix. Any ideas or suggestions?

I believe Aatrix uses the PR_40 & PR_41 files. You may want to check that data.

Could there be local tax limits that differ in Aatrix from the tax tables in MAS. So when Aatrix looks at the data it adjusts it to cap at a certain amount or something similar? I think I've received a message when loading data in Aatrix for an employee with FICA over the limit. That doesn't explain why some would be blank however.

I bet you can use that new utility Wayne posted a couple of days ago that I have already lost. :-( :-( :-(

Thanks everyone. I'm going to check PR_40 to see if that has the correct values, and I'll also check if there are any special limits for the employees.

Yes PRWSNA. After installing the 2013 IRD, access the PR_40 utility by doing the following: 1.Click File, Run and type syzcon and click Ok 2.Type: run ""PRWSNA"" and press ENTER 3.Read the warning prompt and click Ok 4.Select the Employee No from lookup and manually enter the applicable check date that needs to be corrected.

Bless your hearts. I would have sworn I saved the link to the thread somewhere, but can't find it now. @RonGouveia - downloaded that and we'll see how fast I can lose it. (DOH!)
