Had this issue recently, also on an HP 2035 printer. Client has had to manually push the Go button on the printer each time, but changing the default tray resolved it: At the printing screen in MAS 90/200, click the Printer Setup button and go into the Preferences where you can specify the default tray, and specify Tray 2 - and see if that helps.
I think the setting change will stick for Checks (forms), but for Reports they just keep paper in the manual feed.
And this issue was only happening in MAS. Other applications were fine. And I was told that this issue only began once the 4.40 upgrade was implemented.
