    Just had a customer hit with a nasty crypto variant that even got the .M4T files - they all now end in restorehelp@qq.com.java

    Didn't @DianeRuth report a crypto variant that went after Sage/MAS files? I thought that was reported, graned a while ago. Sorry your customer got hit @PhilMcIntosh

    Often the first thing attackers do is disable and delete the backups. Hopefully they have a suitable system to combat these type of attacks. We've had very good experience with Datto and now have many clients utilizing it.
