    Just had a customer fax me over their Sage maintenance renewal. It appears from looking at the invoice that Sage switched the Silver and Gold costs because their fee to renew Silver is $11,000 (almost 4 x more than what they paid last year) and their fee for gold is about $4,000. You may want to review these customer invoices from Sage if you are not invoicing the customer for maintenance.

    The amounts appear reversed (and so far as I can tell Gold is completely wrong by several thousand dollars annually)

    Have they gotten any right the first time? I tried to get Sage's attention about this privately a few months ago and got nowhere. It seems Sage will only respond if faced with public humiliation on LinkedIn or elsewhere.

    Sage may be feeding us all types of lines about this being corrected. The date on the invoice from Sage was 11/1/12 so it was pretty recent.

    I have a client's Silver amount which increased by 36% over last year, so the Customer Care rep was going to get that reduced to the maximum 25% increase. That was before 11/1, and I still have not received the corrected amount, so I can invoice the client.
