    Just got unlocking keys for a MAS200 system and noticed for a 45 user license you get 47. I am sure this is due to the SAGECRM. So for customer not using SAGECRM you get an extra user.

    For MAS 200 you get one user license for the MAS 200 host and one user license for SageCRM.

    That what I mean. Obliviously the mas200 host is required but if you dont run SAGECRM it looks like you get a free user?

    And when they do decide to use CRM, they'll complain that they lost the MAS user.

    The CRM - Accpac integration has always provided strange, undecipherable user counts that we can never match up. We gave up years ago. Good to know the CRM - MAS integration will provide more of the same.
