Sage Credit on Account Standardization
On February 27, Sage will transition all remaining product lines to the Sage business management system, completing the roll out across North America. With this final go-live, we will be standardizing the process across the channel for managing credits on account. We believe that these changes will streamline the process and allow Sage to deliver commission-credit payments on a more timely basis.
Over the past few weeks, we have had conversations with some of our BPAC partners to ensure a thorough understanding around the treatment of credits, and would like to invite you to a special webcast on Thursday, February 9, to learn more about these changes.
