Just FYI, it appears that Adobe Flash Player update 18, released yesterday, will not allow any Visual Process Flows to load.

Interesting. I was giving a demo on Wednesday and the Visual Process Flows wouldn't work.

Maybe flash player was released sooner. Didn't check the date. I was probably looking at the day it was installed.

This was a special surprise for a customer that just went live on 7/6. They were all nice and trained on how to find their tasks with the visual process flow and then that went away (thanks Adobe) and they had to learn how to use a ""My Tasks"" folder that I created for them. There were literally tears from the end users. awesome.

Kate, you can download version 17 of flash and it will work again. Did that for my customer on Friday.

Good to know it will work again! I was hesitant to go that way because I figured the update would be applied again the next time auto-update ran and the client might cry again. Do you have away around the auto-update? Other than turning if off...

At the end of the install it will ask you how to handle future updates. I believe one of the choices is ""manual"" or ""off"".

Any word on if Sage has a fix for this? Or if one is in the works?

WTF, not a peep by Sage on this, not even a brief mention in the KB that they're aware of the issue!!

@KennyDaniel, do you happen to have the download link you used for Flash 17? I tried using this one for my local computer [Released 7/8/2015) Flash Player 17.0.0.191 (241.11 MB)](https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/installers/archive/fp_17.0.0.191_archive.zip) from https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html#Flash%20Player%20archives - but I wasn't successful, although it could be my laptop.

Solution from Tech support: Within the last couple of days there was an automatic update of Adobe Flash player (to 18.0.0.209) that causes Visual Process Flows in Sage 100 to no longer work. The resolution at this time is to uninstall the Adobe Flash Player and install an older version of the player on any workstation that has the problem and they must have Visual Process Flows working. You can run the Adobe Flash uninstaller to remove it then install another Adobe Flash version. 1. Download Uninstall Flash Player from the following link. https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html. This link will also display the current Adobe Flash version installed on the computer. Note: Google Chrome will always display the current version of Flash Player. 2. Obtain the uninstaller from the above html address. Before running the uninstaller make sure you exit all programs that use the Flash. The uninstaller does not work if any program that uses Adobe Flash is running. 3. Restart the computer. 4. Download an older version of Adobe Flash Player from https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html. During installation make sure you disable the automatic updates. To make sure the correct version of Adobe Flash Player is installed you can go back to https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html and confirm the version.

@BrettZimmerman Here is the link. Go to the archived section (not the developers section) and download version 17. It's a zip with several files. The one that worked for me was the ends with winax.exe.Make sure to fully uininstall 18 first. https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html#main_Archived_versions

Good stuff, @BobKohlmeyer, thanks! Yes, @KennyDaniel, that's the same link I used and I did eventually determine I needed to use the winax one. Thanks.

Apparently this has been resolved but I'm unable to pull the link up. @Sage100CS: #Sage100 Visual Process Flows issue has been corrected at source by new Adobe Flash update, see KB66459 http://t.co/WVfi59spE3/s/IH2Q (Login req'd)
