    just finished upgrade to 4.5 (JobOps) - first error message is in Field Service/dispatch: Error 65, Program FSDispatchBoard_ui.pvc, line 3965 Emailed JobOps support but they're probably gone for the day - anyone seen this? Thanks!

    Role maintenance issue - resolved (somehow those service ticket tasks were taken away moving from 4.4 to 4.5)

    @EricAnderson - If you weren't on the latest 4.4 before upgrading (R4, I think), there are several pieces that moved from legacy to framework, and thus the security is different.

    thanks @PhilMcIntosh , makes sense, but the error message doesn't (give me a simple - ""you're not authorized to access this program"")

    keep us posted on the 4.50 Job Ops travels - I have a 30 user that I was going to tackle next month to take them to 4.50. I am working on the latest update now fixing work ticket printing new way today before I take them to latest SP on 4.4.

    I have it installed at a client in pilot. We are plan on upgrade in Oct. the only issue I heard so far was related to CEM. I have a couple fixes from synergistic. I will post them here
