    @CheriOberpriller I noticed there did not appear to be a ""limit"" to our comments. I would love to see their ""net prompter"" score from the VAR Channel.

    The only problem with ripping in to Sage people is ... they truly, honestly, sincerely do not care. The people that take the feedback most likely won't be here this time next year. It's a giant shell game. I hope everyone is seriously planning their post-Sage life ...

    I took the survey and wish I had waited another couple of days. I would have loved to add to my generally negative comments something about how 'certified consultants' are not notified of product updates being released. I know they notified us it was coming soon, but it would really be nice to be included on the mass mailing they sent my clients. They know I exist when it comes time to collect their fees every year, but not when it is time for me to help my clients. . /vent

    According to the email my clients got on Thursday they are. I haven't had time to check the portal, Friday was crazy busy for us.
