Sage 100

Just finished installing v2014 for CPA firm so they can run their end of year PR process. I didn't think to ask if they were running any enhancements (MY bad)!!! Well they are running SWK (AKA HIghtower) time and billing. So they called SWK and were told that T & B is not available in v2014 yet. REALLY - @MichellePaparo - Can you confirm? Seems odd that it isn't available yet. Anyone else have insight?

Had the same issue with a customer, had to install v2013. Not sure why it is taking them so long.

Jeff - the following is the status of T& B from our director of programming : Originally, the plan was to not move TB/TK/T2 to Sage 100 ERP v2014, as TBx was the planned replacement solution. However after learning about the remaining functionality gaps between TBx and these applications, as well as the delay in completing TBx, I had the team update these solutions to v2014. The v2014 compatible versions of these products are in testing and should be ready shortly after the holiday.

@MichellePaparo - Next Question.... Uninstalled v2014, then installed v2013. Then I downloaded the TB program and the SU from the SWK web site. The actual TB executable, the web site indicates is compatible with PU 8. Looking at the fine print of the TB SU, it indicates that it is compatible with SU7, NOT 8. Can I install on SU 8? Or SU 7. Your website needs a little clarification. Maybe someone else can jump in - @WayneSchulz ????

I'm in the process of a TB and TK upgrade for a CPA firm. I hit an issue on the install and had to set it aside. I had similar questions about the proper PU and spoke with Peggy Beaver at SWK. She didn't seem all that concerned about my using one level over another.

Per Peggy Beaver, she said SU 8 is fine.

Consistentcy is very important considering how much time I spent looking for the answer... Considering how much time I spent doing TWO installs, please fix the Web site...

I will definitely request the change.
