Just back from TPAC 2017 in Niagara Falls, Canada where we were an exhibitor. I had a chance to sit with the Sage Manager of ISV Relationships and the Sage Canada Team. They announced that... for the 3rd time SAGE, will be attempting to provide a ""hosting"" program like sage300online. Apparently the ""difference"" is going to be that consultant/reseller admins will have desktop access to the server. Again, this will be the 3rd such attempt by Sage to capture this revenue stream from Sage 300 and they have plans for 100 as well in this model. We have quite a few Sage customers running our hosting and IMHO, wouldn't want Sage touching this hyper-critical function. We also have a demo of Sage 300c 2017 Desktop and Webapp published so you can see how well this works.... Sage, sadly does not.
