Just an FYI - something we recently discovered:
I tried to create a portal account, but when I submit the form it comes back with the message ""User 5104499482 is processing the business partners Relationships""
The number 5104499482 is your contact person ID that references you in the backend of our system. The message received meant you were somewhere in your Partner Portal looking at their account information. This ""locks"" the system to your access so anything that needs changing on the account, like trying to create a Portal login, will be blocked until you ""exit"" the account and release the lock
