Just an FYI - i just upgraded a customer from 4.4 to 2013 and users were getting an error 88 program SY_SagePEP.pvc whenever they logged in. I couldn't find this error anywhere in the knowledgbase/google related to that program. Come to find out it is related to the prompt for a survey for the product enhancement program, and the file is just corrupted. Log in as administer and uncheck the particpate in the Product Enhancement program and error message goes away. Just wanted to share since I spent so much time pulling my own hair out.
