- First decision is when? The consensus seems to be that before Summit in New Orleans would work - possibly July 23, 24, 2015. This saves the admin team from having to fly out again so soon after Summit which likely would not be feasible until later October/November.

- I think we should review the dues structure - especially vendor members. I'd like to see vendor members pay the same price then have opportunities for sponsorship and/or ala carte purchases of web advertising, etc.
- Issue = Need to generate same or more dues in total
