Just a note - Sage 100 Advanced 2013 pu 4, new install. After working on getting data into the system, and after defining users and roles, wanted to copy the live company to a test company. The copy option prompted that the ""live"" company hadn't be converted, so I converted it and then copied to the test company. Today working on more data on ""live"" company noticed all the memo buttons had disappeared. Checked the form and the button was hidden, changed it, still didn't show. Converted forms, still nothing, ran rebuild customizer utility still nothing. Went to CI Memo Manager and nearly all the roles had show/maintain for settings (and I hadn't set that up it was just there) but the first role that I created, SYS_Admin with all rights for everything was not defined in memo manger. Once added, all the memo buttons showed again. Before converting the company, all the memo buttons did show, I'd demoed and used them multiple times. Might be a glitch on company convert.
