Just a general question for everyone - Does anyone use or have clients using Visual Process Flows? It seems to come in handy when using MAPADOC (or at least when demoing/ training MAPADOC) but I was wondering if anyone is actually using it??

No, but now that we have encountered prospects that consider the UI to be old and tired looking, we are going to include VPF in the demos.

I have clients that use it in test companies for training new people, but then somehow it doesn't ever seem transfer over to the live company use. I am not sure if that is because responsibility increases and they no longer have what they need in the visual (and just don't want to take the time to learn how to update it) or because shortcuts at the top are the norm. I use it when demoing now as well. I even have one screen with the floating bubbles!
