    90 Minds Events Committee Monthly Meeting Agenda – July 2025 

    1. Welcome & Roll Call

    • Brief introductions

    • Welcome to any new members

    • Approval of June meeting minutes (if applicable)

    2. Updates & Recap

    • Town Hall Presentation - Tom/Darcy

    • Review of key action items and assignments from previous meetings

    • Update on Events Committee Calendar (Anne/Dana)

    3. Fall Virtual Social Event – September 24, 2025

    • Options reviewed (Hillary): tequila/chocolate tasting, succulent kits, etc.

    • Poll results from Town Hall (Anne)

    • Cost estimates and potential sponsors

    • Decision on final format, time, and budget approval process

    • Action: Finalize the activity provider and draft event registration

    4. 2026 San Diego Conference Planning

    A. Evening Events

    • Wednesday Cocktail Reception: Initial ideas 

    • Thursday Boat Cruise:

      • Cruise options (Anne to present Flagship California Princess details)

      • Confirm availability, cost, and sponsorship potential

    • Friday Night Entertainment:

      • Alternative to Casino Night (brainstorm ideas)

      • Input from membership or past attendee feedback

    B. Daytime & Post-Conference Activities

    • Tours and group outings (Hillary & Moira updates)

      • Hotel del Coronado, USS Midway, San Diego Zoo, etc.

      • Group rates and scheduling (Tuesday or weekend)

    5. Pickleball Tournament and Golf Match

    • Confirm dates/times

    • Logistics planning: location, brackets, equipment, promotion

    6. Committee Operations

    • Co-chair structure confirmation

    • Access to Higher Logic for event communications (Anne to provide for Hillary)

    • Discussion: Sponsorship strategy for events

    • Committee charter confirmation and sharing the final version

    7. Open Forum

    • New ideas or proposals

    • Questions, concerns, or suggestions from committee members

    8. Next Meeting

    • Proposed date: August 26, 2025

    • Action items and owners

    • Agenda topics to carry forward
