Thank goodness for Wayne Schulz posting these things. Once again - for the third time in three years - it appears that I am no longer receiving Sage channel communications. How hard is this stuff for them?

Did you register as a regular attendee at Summit? My guess is this maybe went to partner registrations?

Registered as a partner. I'm guessing that they have screwed up my emails again. It's happened on two separate occasions before. Each time it is a complete mystery to them and then they magically resolve it.

@PeterWolf If for any reason e-mails get bounced back, their system puts the address in some obscure backwater, and you stop receiving the e-mails. The problem is there are no longer enough resources to check those e-mails, so nothing happens. This has happened to me more than once and I called my RSM to resolve it. The first time it happened, it was months before I realized the Insights conference no longer existed.
